Yeah I would take it again and all but I've changed cameras and I can't just get the same effect for some reason

FOCUS is essential.No matter the idea of the shot there must always be a focus.A focal point or maybe a 10000000 focal points but the most fatal is none. The focus might not be a "camera focus" you might make it through composition.But all in all this chromatic blur is not good. No hard feelings :]

I understand where you are coming from, as many aspects of this photo ain't the greatest. But rather than just coming across as rude, you could hand out some thoughts of what he could do better for another time.
