Super Smash Brothers made Larry the leader of the Koopalings. Larry's being pretty smug about itBoring drawing info: I originally planned to have both hands behind his head (due in part to laziness as well as to make him look more relaxed). However, he was angled too steeply and it looked wrong, so I changed it to a "thumbs up" sign. The problem with the thumbs up sign is that I think it means something negative in quite a few places, whereas the "V" sign means pretty much only good things (victory, peace, a fun photo gesture in Japan, etc.). So yeah, whether you see it as a peace sign, a sign of victory, or a gesture you just do for fun when taking photos, it all fits in the context of this picture better than the thumbs up symbol.
I used an image editor to change the color curve; the colors on my 3DS were completely different than my computer this time. Hopefully it doesn't look bad!

I imagine Larry, at least after he hits puberty, as a horny little teenage Lothario who's always thinking about sex and dating and jerking off and watching and reading filthy material. (He didn't get his own dating game for nothing! He even likes older women And he two-times like nobody's business. He's the smartest of the Koopalings apart from Iggy and Ludwig but he prefers to cheat at school for the fun of it. And he's a real skinflint, the type who would shamelessly "forget" his wallet and make his girlfriend pay the entire bill whenever they go out to eat. He dabbles with drugs too; he's mostly a drug dealer but his eyes are always puffy so you can tell that he's been on something...

Pfft Lothario... nice description! I don't really have a head-cannon for Larry, but I know I've seen others on here with portrayals similar to yours. You definitely paint a colorful character

I love all of them, in mario kart 8 i always use either Morton or Ludwig, and sometimes Roy, for some reason Larry isnt lucky for me in that game XD

That was actually a translation error. Plus it got changed for the Wii U version.

Wrong he is so the leader since they didn't change the info on the Wii U version in Europe don't know why in the U.S. but the point is Larry is indeed the leader of the Koopalings since there's been hints of him that shows him as a leader.

Maybe, or maybe not. With so much conflicting information, there's no surefire way to know who is the leader unless Nintendo explicitly states it.

Well in e-shop I see only Larry there in selection's one time like I remember only seeing him on halloween, the artwork of the koopalings in Mario kart 8, he's bowser's favorite and the imformation on the 3DS and the Wii U (Europe version) don't lie...Still don't know why they change it only in the U.S. version though.

Being the focal point of the Mario Kart 8 artwork doesn't necessarily mean he's the leader, though. Peach is the focal point of the "Nintendo Starlets" puzzle in Puzzle Swap, but she's not the leader of the Nintendo Starlets. Also, Ludwig is the focal point in the group artwork of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and he appears to be in control of the Koopa Clown Car in their New Super Mario Bros. 2 artwork.
MarioWiki does say that citation is needed for that favorite bit.
The original, pre-translation text was that Larry is the leader of "the Koopa army's special attack squad". Whether or not that actually refers to the Koopalings is up for debate.
Two sides: Either only the U.S. version changed it, or only the Europe version didn't change it. Syntax is key.

Pfft, I do the same thing! If you were to watch me draw this, you'd see how much I erase (and it doesn't even show the countless undos that I do). And your art is amazing; way better than mine! Mine is simply cartoons and my line work is terrible. Yours is like this cool mix of cartoon and reality, and your poses are all exciting and show great movement.
