Commission forI rarely get bloody themes so I was having much fun doing this one ^^ I like these dark/emotional subjects in art

I guess my mistake was using photos of alive animals as references instead of taking bone and muscle charts, I'll do that next time. The blood eh? it bothers me a lot when I look at it now, instead of soe splattered paint I should've made it a pool of blood under the character, a bit of white paint for the waterly effect, it could look really nice, but I don't have the original picture anymore so can't fix it now ;/

The texture and water like texture you have given this is simply uncanny. I really like what you have portrayed here. It is like a blood splattered gloried picture. Just marvelous. Speaking of which, the amount of blook here is not overtly done and to me, it looks quite calculated so I guess what I am saying is that this holds balance and beside that it steers anyway from anything in this deviation that might be too distracting. I just thought from the posture of the creature to the effects used here, you did an excellent job. You have much to be proud of.

This is very cool! I love the pose, it has a deeper meaning than just sort of being there, like this wolfie creature is looking up and seeing hope. I like how this creature is also sort of glowing against the dark background.
I'm also jealous XD I have never had a knack for painting, and this looks like it's done in water color I believe? Which from what I remember from past experiences with paints can be a pain, so bravo!

This is fantastic! You did a really good job of accurately depicting the bone and muscle structure with your shading. It's a little difficult to get a clear definition of the left hind leg. But other than that, everything else is fantastic. Love the way you did the blood and the colors are wonderful.
