Contest entry - cheating chicken — Description
'I don't know how that got here, darling. It just suddenly was there! It certainly has nothing to do with that handsome phoenix that recently made a nest in the old apple tree towering over our hen house.'

This is my entry for seralune 's Mysterious egg contest! The idea: draw a scene featuring one of the eggs given by Seralune. I went for the fiery one, but I wanted it to glow... that screwed up the colours though, they are supposed to be much darker... Sorry.

Also, my brain is just wonderful. Those eggs look epic, like they belong to a phoenix or a dragon. So, I thought, let's draw something that matches that epicness! Yeah! Let's go for... chickens. Very epic indeed... Was fun to draw them tough, because they have human expressions. Give something eyebrows and you can go nuts
