Description
This is the final part of a three-part tutorial on how I made my recent Charizard TF manip. It assumes you've already read my previous tutorials, so I don't stop to explain things like layer masks or adjustment layers. It was made using Adobe Photoshop CC, though I'm pretty sure other programs like GIMP have similar tools to most of what I use.
