Charizard Tutorial - Part II — Description

This is the second part of a three-part tutorial on how I made my recent Charizard TF manip. It assumes you've already read my previous tutorials, so I don't stop to explain things like layer masks or adjustment layers. It was made using Adobe Photoshop CC, though I'm pretty sure other programs like GIMP have similar tools to most of what I use.

I also realize after the fact that I missed a step in the middle of this part. After making the neck and head, I used Clone Stamp to edit out the human head from behind the neck.
