Fallout 3 - I Miss You — Description
Inspired by the song whose lyrics are pasted on the pic (Breathe Carolina - Lauren's Song). Those lyrics kinda stood out for me when I first heard it and brought up this image in my head; there's more to them, but I didn't want to clutter up the pic with too many words X3.

I've been wanting to do a pic of Dimi like this ever since.. well, last year, pretty much. James' death hits her hard, but previous ideas just weren't working out for me, so YAY that this one did

The background is a painted over screenshot I took - I cheated 6.6, but this was really intended to be a speed paint of sorts. I have too many big WIPs in the works as it is XD. Anyway, The original screen shot for those that are curious: [link]

Edit: Oops, forgot my credits. But while I'm here editing, I'm going to elaborate on the story behind this pic. It was 6 am when I uploaded this originally, and I'm not known to be wordy at that hour X3.

Sometime after the Waters of Life and before the trek into Vault 87, Dimi finds that church near Jury Street Metro and makes a cross from some broken pieces of siding. She adds it to the graveyard after scribbling 'DAD' on it, and it becomes an opportunity for her to properly grieve.
After Project Purity is won back, she goes back for the cross and relocates it outside the memorial. It ends up becoming a spot she spends time at when she's in that area, and even though she had no body to bury, she occasionally brings the Scotch and pours some at the base of the cross ; ;
