Been playing around with this idea for ages but i've never been able to get a semi-decent picture til now...plus i'm learnin how to draw wolfies, its only just become possible...
So this was my thinking: How awesome would it be if the story of little red riding hood was actually about this little girl whose whole family was killed by a monster wolf/werewolf. She's saved by the woodsman dude and as she grows up he teaches her a bit of combat so Lil Red can get her revenge. Then she goes around in her stylish red hood hunting wolf monsters...
Cool? Well i thought so...ahem *shrug*
Self-Crit:
-the shadow covers all my lazy-ass lameness haha so forgive plz - i hate drawing feet
-random bag...
for a severed wolf head or something, days after i finished i thought about the 'basket' but it was too late... :S-haven't coloured for ages so im a bit rusty...

Serves the wolf right for trying to eat her and her grandmother. Red riding hood needs to be badass now. She has been looking innocent for a long time now.

i really like this one- hadn't really noticed it until now. i wish my 'rusty' colouring was this good! talk about high standards.....
i'm actually working on something similar atm actually. i'm thinking maybe along the lines of the black dog. hmm i'll see what happens

Its about these two sisters attacked by a werewolf, and they become hunters. I know i know, sounds corny but its acctually good.

you always amaze me with your colouring
You always seem to know just which way the shape goes and how the light would play across different surfaces. Like the green gem on the whip- it's got a perfect shine on it that makes it pop out!
if you're rusty you certainly don't show it
