This Oskar stuff from SL is a little dated, but it's pretty charming still IMO.
Out of a sincere curiosity, what do you like more about the previous ones compared to this one? Don't be afraid to elaborate.

Okay this one makes him look more like a teen.
The hair styles on the other ones made him look even cuter.
Plus his body on the previous ones are smaller which makes him look his age.

The angle on the hair on this picture doesn't do it justice, however I agree with you about the look of the avatar. While not looking like a teen, he definitely looks older than 5. evilpiebaker says that, back then, there wasn't any options to make the avatar younger looking without making them look really goofy.
It's slightly better now, I am told, but EPB is not going back to SL until he can make Oskar look juuuust right.
