It reminded me of an old Lucio Fulci movie called Zombie. There was a scene where a woman went scuba diving  and was attacked by a shark. But a zombie showed up and fought said shark.

Never heard of it. Reminds me a little of "Resident Evil: Retribution", when in the end Michelle Rodriguez is turned into a super soldier and about to kill Alice. But before she can perform her final kick, she is drawn into the arctic water by zombies who escaped from the destroyed facility.

I have not seen that one. I try not to watch movie adaptations. But the temptation is to strong for me. Anyway you might want to check out some of Lucio Fulci's zombie movies. I hear they are really good.
