Name: Calcifur

Nickname: Cici (Call him this and he’ll send you back to the stone age)

Age: Looks fifteen, tends to act more like eighteen.

Birthday: March 31st

Gender: Male but when he screams he sounds like a little girl...

Nature: Rash-Calcifur tends to make hurried decisions, without considering the consequences. His constant bragging is one instance.

Species: Celebi (Normal)

Habitat: Forests (But he prefers cities)

History: Dialga, the master of time, is usually quite efficient. He makes sure the future stays as the future, the past stays as the past and the two of them never mix. However, like all legendaries he makes small mistakes, resulting in time ripples. From each of these hiccups a pokemon is born, called a celebi.

Celebis are born with the power to travel through time at their own will. They tend to be quiet and peaceful, attracted toward forests and other pokemon. They are very powerful but are extremely modest about it, preferring to stay in the shadows rather than in the spotlight. Celebis tend to be guardians of forests, creating peace and serenity when it is desperately needed.

And then there’s Calcifur.

Calcifur was completely the opposite of everything his fellow celebi were. While they were humble of their power he was proud. While they loved the forest for its tranquility Calcifur hated it for the same reason. The little celebi preferred to roam in cities among humans, whom he found utterly fascinating. While celebi tend to stay hidden Calcifur had no qualms about revealing himself. While he did keep his invisibility when jumping through time periods the celebi took great delight in taking it off in the middle of a city just to see people’s reactions. Calcifur loves to be the center of attention. If he isn’t the center of attention, he will try his darn hardest to become it.

Much of Calcifur’s life was consumed of making himself stronger and inflating his already-enormous ego. The celebi was convinced that Dialga and Arceus were a myth, he was the only one of his kind (he hadn’t previously seem any other celebi since they’re so rare) and that he was the master of time and space itself. He considered himself to be a god (judging by the reactions of humans when they saw him) and he was sure that he was the most powerful being on the planet.

This only got worse. It got to the point that Calcifur would fly out, in broad daylight, and declare that he was the master pokemon of the universe. The little celebi couldn’t help it-since he was so short and insignificant Calcifur felt like he needed to prove himself, and declaring himself “master of the universe” gave him the confidence boost he needed.

While most people would label this behavior as a "vainity complex" Calcifur was just...lonely. All his life the little celebi had been alone. While he had seen other pokemon they were either too scary to approach or he scared them off with his aggressive personality. This was the reason why he was drawn so close to cities. The humans were so fascinating with their technological gizmos and weird behavoirs. He wanted to be a part of the hustle and bustle and make his mark upon the earth. Seeing that that couldn't be achieved in the shadows or through conversation (the minute he'd fly up to a human they'd scream "celebi!" and run away) he decided that achieving it so in the flashiest of manners would do perfectly.

However, these fun and games grew boring after a while. Calcifur longed for people such as himself, people who were powerful and could fulfill his (very high) standards. He began to wonder if there really were legendaries such as himself, therefore immedietly scolding himself for thinking such ludicrious thoughts.

One day, after a particularly rough trip to the 18th century, Calcifur found himself straying off his intended location and landing in a strange forest. As he looked around he saw a trail of lights leading toward a long purple tunnel guarded by two eerie-looking darmnantian statues. Plagued by curiosity Calcifur flew closer...

Postives-
~Intelligent-If you can (somehow) get a decent conversation out of Calcifur, you'll find that he's actually quite sharp and witty. The celebi has picked up many things through traveling through time and harbors a wide knowledge of world affairs.

~Reliable-Despite Calcifur's various annoyances you can always count on him to get the job done. He will do any work assigned to him quickly and efficiently, with moderate complaining.

~Determined-Whether it be in a arguement, a race or a mission Calcifur has ambition to finish it to his fullest capabilities. The celebi will never leave a project half-done and will always see something through to the end.

Negatives-
~Majorly egotistical-This has to be Calcifur's most fatal faw. He is convinced that he is the best and everyone else is inferior to his awesomeness. Because of this he gets into many arguments and disagreements. Its really hard to get along with Calcifur.

~Competative-Calcifur can't stand to loose. At all. If he looses a battle, a race or even an arugument Calcifur will throw a hissy fit. The celebi can't help it really-he had grown up his life thinking he was the best at everything, and finding out that isn't true is a shock.

~Ignorant-Calcifur doesn't really consider someone's feelings, going into his "rash" nature. The celebi will be brutally honest, saying things that were probably be better left unsaid. Calcifur doesn't mean to do this of course, he doesn't even realize right away that he's hurting someone's feelings.

Hobbies: Traveling through time, arguing (yes, it is a pastime of his), observing humans and other things worth observing, exploring, bragging.

Calcifur’s items-

Pocket watch-While some celebis can easily control their time-traveling power others need an object to channel their power into. For some it’s a flower, a gem, a piece of jewelry. For Calcifur its his pocket watch. With a few clicks he can easily pick the time period he wants to travel to. If you take away his watch he can still travel in time but he has no control over where he ends up. So keep the watch on him, please.

Fun Facts-

~Unlike most Celebi, Calcifur isn’t fond of forests. He’d rather stay in cities, he feels its more exciting. Still his habitat is listed as "forests" just because that's the general preference of his species.

~He has sort of…a…short temper. Call him short and he’ll throw a fit. Call him bossy and he’ll throw a fit. Call him a brat and he’ll throw a fit. And you don’t want to witness a legendary pokemon’s fit.

~Calcifur speaks old-fashioned, saying words such as "thy" and "O".
