Powers/Abilities:

Produce an unlimited amount of cake batter :With a flick of her finger Éclair can produce a never-ending stream of super-good, fluffy and delicious cake batter. When not forming it into other pastries she uses it like a hose, spraying it to create an icky mess.

Can form and bake the batter into any pastry, any kind, any flavor :Using her stirring spoon and bowl Éclair can turn her batter into pastries. She can make a flurry of cream puffs, rock hard scones or fluffy angel food cake. On top of that she can also make said pastries as big or as small as she wants. They can be large enough to flatten an enemy or small enough to get lodged in their throat. However, in order to do this move Éclair has to have large amounts of concentration, or else she’ll accidently create something that’ll hinder her counterparts rather than help them.

Ability: Chlorophyll-In the sun Éclair’s powers are at the fullest. However, during twilight and nighttime, she’s significantly weaker.

Moveset:
Sleep Powder: Used as an ingredient in her pastries. Éclair puts this in her batter to make pastries that put villains to sleep for a short amount of time.
Stun Spore: Used as an ingredient in her pastries. Éclair puts this in her batter to make pastries that stun enemies for a short amount of time.

History:
Cecile was born in Paris, into a family of bakers who owned a popular bakery. Cecile had a normal childhood, helping to bake various pastries for her family store, going to an all-girls academy downtown and playing with her lilpup Fracis, in her spare time. However, it was when she was ten that her seemingly normal life was shattered her mother forced her to help her create some cream puffs. Although she was normally quite well-behaved, Cecile was having a bad day, and kept whining how baking was so hard and she wished that she could just snap her fingers and bake the dang pastry already. She became so much of a nuisance that her mother slammed her spoon down, yelled at the little hoppip to bake the creampuffs herself and stormed out of the kitchen.

As her mother slammed the door and stormed off she immediately regretted her choice. Not wanting to make her daughter cry (or leave her alone with a kitchen of ovens and sharp objects) she ran back to the door and opened it…only to find Cecile, standing at the table, with a pile of perfectly-baked cream puffs overflowing from the bowl. In complete shock her mother asked Cecile where she got all those creampuffs. Cecile responded by taking out another bowl and pointing her fingers at it. Instantly a large stream of batter flew from her fingertips, filling into the bowl. She then picked up a stirring spoon and swished a few times then BAM! Where the batter used to be was another pile of perfect cream puffs, made in a few seconds flat. Cecile gave a smile. “Look mama, I got my wish!” Cecile’s mother, not knowing how to respond, grew white and collapsed in the doorway.

The rest of Cecile’s life was much different from her care-free childhood. Her parents, scared that someone else may find out her secret and use her for their own financial gain, kept their jumpluff daughter under close watch. Throughout the rest of elementary and middle school Cecile’s parents , who had money to spare, decided to hire a tutor, out of fear that Cecile may accidently create a cookie or a chocolate cake at school when she was least expecting it.

During this time Cecile grew very lonely, with only Fracis for company. She loved her parents and understood why they were so protective of her, but she wished that would just allow her some freedom to make her own choices. Cecile eventually got her wish-when she reached high school her parents figured, since she was a young adult now, that she would control her power and sent her to the school down the street.

Cecile’s high school career went fine for about two years-she got good grades, had a nice circle of friends, she finally felt…normal. However, this arrangement wasn’t always meant to be. During a history class the students were having a mock debate. One student was chosen to be the supporter of the issue and Cecile was chosen to be the rebuttal. Things were going smoothly until Cecile pointed her finger at her opponent, in order to make a point. To her and everyone else’s horror a spurge of batter flew from her fingertips, drenching the poor student in a sticky mess.

Cecile was taken out of school the next day by her parents, out of fear of her secret further being exposed. Cecile moped her room, crying into her pillow when an email popped up on her computer. She sniffed and walked over to her computer and found a message from a place called the Pokemon Young Justice Organization. They had heard about her little “accident” and were looking for new members. Showing it to her parents, they agreed that it was a wonderful idea (since it was pretty much impossible to hide their daughter’s power any longer). They arranged for her to stay with some relatives in America and filled out the application that came with it. Unsure of what to put as her ability, she wrote “Master of Pastries” and hoped for at least a position as the resident cook.

Personality:

Pros-
~Brave-Cecile is the first to put herself into danger. She loves a good adventure and, when she does feel it is necessary, will stand up for herself and others.
~Generous-Cecile is more than happy to give out various items and pastries to others, becoming bashful at their praise and thanks. She loves to see people smile so she gives out lots of pastries on a daily basis.
~Intelligent-Cecile is quite witty and loves brain teasers and puzzles.

Cons-
~Shy-Cecile usually keeps her opinions to herself and rarely imposes them on anyone else, not wanting to cause a ruckus. The jumpluff may desperately want to say something but due to this nature, she keeps her mouth shut and follows along with other’s orders. Only sometimes she speaks up against other’s opinions but its rare.
~Humble-Cecile thinks very lowly of herself, going into her “bashful” nature. She idolizes others, not seeing the good and potential in herself. She thinks of her power as nothing special, although many others would disagree.
~Scatterbrained-Cecile has a hard time remembering things, forgetting her binder or obligations she’s made. Her hair is always a bit of a mess and her clothes are always caked in cake batter.

Hobbies: Baking various things, playing with animals, making her own clothing and jewelry, driving around in her car, solving puzzles

Extra:
-Her costume is makeshift, sewn by her mother at the last minute. After seeing all the other potential applicant’s cool costumes Cecile is very self-conscious of hers, thinking it’s too “homely” or “cheap”.
-Cecile cannot bake anything other than pastries to save her life. Pasta, pot pies and even bread goes up in flames the minute Cecile puts it in the oven.
