Not so much as shenanigans this time since i actually wanted to do the character(instead of just doing a bunch of them just for shits and giggles)

Ryu sprite made completely from scratch, used a screenshot from his cameo in asura's wrath as a base.

I do like it a lot but I have one big issue with it. Far too much Anti Aliasing. D;

Very good looking figure, but I think it doesn't capture Ryu's physique. He looks scrawny here. I would "chibify" him a little more. Thicker quads, stockier frame, wider shoulders, wider neck, bigger feet, etc.
