If we're offering critique, I'm not really sure what the focus of the shot is supposed to be. If it's the breasts, the focus is slightly off, if it's the torn knee, it's a bit too low and centered, if it's the knife, the reflection of the stalkings looses the sheen of the knife. So play with the cropping/focus, or angle the knife so that it doesn't looked striped.
However, with that said, the concept is original and there is a certain dark, yet playful mood which is often difficult to achieve.
