This is a really interesting picture. It's surreal, but it definitely produces a sense of real-life paranoia, or of being under surveillance. I feel like the shadow/person in the middle is the focus of the picture, and the nucleus of the sense of paranoia or fear of being watched. It also seems to represent a sense of deja-vu and of having seen something or been there before. Confusion, fear, and even beauty are conjured up here. I guess you must have manipulated the photo for this look, but even if you did, setting it up must have taken some skill, and the result is wonderful.
