Yes of course (that's what I call a "desktop wallpaper")
Basically you can use it for anything as long as you are: 1.not making a profit out of it; 2. not changing it in any way and 3. if you use it somewhere like a blog, make sure you provide a link to my dA page

thank you it is a dandelion seed with a waterdrop and behind it is tiffany's blue box with a white bow. you can see the edge of it refracting in the drop.
glitter and water on the box show up as bokeh when flash light hits them so it looks like "rain"
