A mermaid pinup to go along with my recent Pirate one. Went to Shedd's Aquarium while visiting Chicago, and pulled a lot of inspiration from all the critters showcased there.Related content

When I was looking through the front page of DA, this really caught my eye. All the colors, they catch the eye and give a twist to a mermaid, quite trippy actually. Her tail is very unique, I've never really seen one quite like that, like you've created you're own type of mermaid. As for the hat and hair, which I'm guessing it is, reminds me of a crab crawling around on the sand as well as a jellyfish. Your hard work has clearly been shown and you have done an excellent job conveying your thoughts into their piece! Beautiful! This makes me quite eager to see your next piece!

Absolutely love this, bro. The colors are amazing, and I love all the different types of fish elements you used - not the typical mermaid stuff. The jellyfish tentacles are just astounding. And she's beautiful to boot.

Yep, there's Jellyfish(obviously), different varieties of sea horses, and her fin is kinda inspired by a creature called the "leafy seadragon".
