i KNOW... me too. I try mt best to get them removed whenever I see them, but a lot of sites make it near impossible to get anything done in a timely fashion. SO FRUSTRATING!

I'd feel flattered that it's that good of an image.
I've used it myself once with a smaller blue-dyed version I found on photobucket. I had no idea it was from a fellow deviant, and I try avoiding that as much as I can.
Now, as for the kiddies that KNOW it's copyrighted, etc... that's... kinda evil of'm.
But unless they're making money off of it or claiming it as their own, I wouldn't be too concerned.

As I said though, a lot of people don't know the origin. And since we live in fast-paced 2008, if it's not right in front of their face, they don't mind too much.
But, I'm sure if they knew the origin, the majority would of asked and/or complimented it.
And I know the whole photobucket deal, it's where I found the blue version. x-x;

I suppose it is flattering in some way, but it would MORE flattering if people actually had respect for art and the artists who attempt to make their living as such.
I understand that there are plenty of children out there who know nothing about copyrights and I try to educate those to the best of my ability, but for the rest who just don't care... fuck the lot of you!

Seriously, do a search on photobucket for "bloody rose" or "blood rose" and you'll get back nearly 100 pages of just my image alone. It's f-ing rediculous!
They're not only disrespecting and cheating me, but the people who have actually purchased rights to use the image as well.
Okay, my rant is ending. Take notice, asking permission to use an image is NOT a courtesy... it's a requirement!

not to be mean but when i posted it i didnt know who made it because i couldnt read the name (bad eyesight and it is difficult to read anyway) i did not do it to claim it and if you read the message under it it clearly read *copyright to whoever made it* i made no claim what so ever to it and i took it down.
