COMM: OHM Rider — Description
It's the 1st commission for , and 2nd Kamen Rider theme comission!

Like the name, it is electrical based kamen rider, similiar with Kamen Rider Stronger, except this one the a speedster like The Flash from DC Universe. He has a burned S.H.O.C.K.E.R* logo on his chest, showed that he's in one generation with the early type of Kamen Riders that rebelled from it's own creator.

But based on the similiarity from Kamen Rider Stronger...could it be a previous model of Stronger? I don't know, let ask the author himself .

OHM Rider Primary Parts Data:
Power Source: Electora Pr.
His belt that contain mini tesla coil, can produce massive amount doze of voltages, enough to burn, melt, and even vaporize a common metal.
Power Indicator: Plasma Chamber
A shinning glassy orb in his chest that functioned as central of OHM's energy.
Energy Disrtibutor: Plasma Streams
The white stripes all over OHM's body that distribute the plasma energies. It'll glowing white when it's charged up with huge amount of plasma. This is may be the prototype of Photon Stream technology that was used for Smart Brain's Rider System**.
Plasma Compressor: Galliant Wing
The wing shaped on OHM's ankles that functioned as the biggest energy compressors it's body have. These compressors could charged up to 50-80% of his energy and release it in a single blow."

And of course, this primary parts thingy is nothing more than my own imagination

*S.H.O.C.K.E.R is the villain organization that tried to conquer the world by using remodelled human (kaizo ningen / cyborg) army that created the 1st Kamen Rider (Ichigo)
**Smart Brain is a revolutionary high tech company that had it's golden age in 2003-2004. It secretly created Rider System called Faiz, Kaixa, Delta, Psyga and Orga to protect it's hegemony.
