Our first attempt at cake rolls. As our oven is rather small, you can see that the cake did not manage to roll too many times!

Matcha has a faint bitter taste but a strong tea fragrance. The red bean (embedded in the cream) is sweet. Taste-wise, they form an excellent combination.
