Comic for the first challenge held over at ! Check out everyone else's comics there too! Maybe even join. It's really fun! >w<~♥My blocks were:
Your comic must have at least three characters, all of whom speak in every panel.
Include a very detailed background in the last panel.
I'd really like to see you use only a warm palette in your work, with a single cool colour for contrast. Whether you include black and white is up to you.
I know everyone else had more of a strip type comic, but I couldn't get this idea out of my head. QwQ Especially since people my age are up and moving to different colleges. Kinda melancholy, but whatever.
Artwise, I tried to do some handlettering. It didn't turn out so great on account of I did it all in one sitting and didn't have much patience for it. :I But it's a start. Regardless, hope you enjoy.

Yeah that is my least favorite panel (oh gosh, not even her neck what happened to her FACE?!). Color is also my weakness. QwQ;;; Thanks for pointing it out, though, I know what you mean (I just don't know how to fix it).

Like Hex said, you really went above and beyond and encapsulated the theme of Autumn in a really clever and complex away. I really thought the handlettering turned out great- it really works well with the story and characters. I love how you used the palette restrictions on the backgrounds.

You've captured a certain melancholic feel to this piece which is very true to life: change can be hard. And the dialogue feels real. I have to say, I adore this.

I like Mitchell already ;u; I think the warm palette is really successful without being too obvious! And the dialogue really flows, I would have had a terrible time making sure everyone speaks in each panel.
