Daddy Issues — Description
Princess Venus (Red) and Princess Lorrena (Grey) were sisters. Venus' father was from Ekklamore and Lorrena's from Ravenslaw. One was a common man who won the heart of the Queen, the other was a noble man who was an arranged marriage. the problem was both men died when the sisters were young and the mother never let on whose father was who. this led to a fierce rivalry between the Arcadian sisters. Lorrena, being the eldest would assume he crown when their mother died. Venus felt she would forever live in her sisters shadow. That is until the Queen was murdered and all fingers pointed to Lorrena, who happened to be at odds with her mother on policies.

Acting quickly, Venus, with the help of their mother's adviser a man simply known as "Crow." Lorrena was sentenced to death. Venus delayed the sentence buying Lorrena enough time to escape and disappear, she was convinced Venus had killed their late mother and vowed to kill her sister and take her place as Queen. In time Queen Venus forgot her sister, under the direction of Crow she led Arcadia into darkness. The people began to fear her and she became more and more detached, living a lavish life while Crow ran the kingdom.

Word came to Lorrena of the sorry state of Arcadia under her sister and she could wait to more. She would assassinate Venus and make her case to the people of her innocence, hoping in her dying breath to draw a confession from her horrible younger sister. So when the time came she slipped into the castle and they came face to face.

The duel lasted for more than an hour. Both sisters had honed their skills. Lorrena as a huntress deep in the woods. Venus under the watchful eye of Crow.

In the end the passion and real life experiences along with the maturity and control of Lorrena won out and she drove a Sai into her sister's stomach. Venus' realization of her own defeat did not yield the confession Lorrena knew the younger more brash sister would give. Instead she vehemently denied killing their mother, even coming to tears at the thought. Venus was shocked and devastated that Lorrena would think such a thing, but for the first time in nearly twenty years, realized her accused and banished sister was not her mother's killer.

Moments after their reunion Venus collapsed and lay near death in the Palace infirmary. Lorrena was left to try to piece together the truth. In the end, Venus recovery led her to remembering conversations with Crow that had primed her for a time when she would rule, Lorrena too suspected the man and before he could be confronted he had escaped, taking a large sum of the royal treasury. Both sisters vowed to find and bring him to justice. With her sister reunited Venus offered Lorrena the throne, but in the end they agreed to rule Arcadia together and together bring Crow to justice.

this is however all that is written of the sister Queens, as this was an ancient time in Arcadia long before records were well kept.
