First-off this is an amazing capture; obviously you spent some time setting it up and it shows, wonderful execution. Secondly the model is lovely. Furthermore you focal point is an excellent use of your f/stop.
Lastly I see only one way to maybe manage the photo and it's delivery, you could of minded the crop on the lower left hand, it's a tiny bit cut off, as well as the head, not necessarily a deal breaker but in my humble opinion extending the crop a little more would of completed the almost perfect portrait. I say this in retrospect only, the shot is awesome!
