Personality: Patch is one of the smartest pokemon in Brion's care and he isn't afraid to show that he is either... well unless you make him nervous. He knows how to speak human speech, read, and is actually a great mathematician. He came from a place where his knowledge in Human Academics was frowned upon because of the leader's hatred for humans, but once he was able to get away, he was able to feel pride and confidence in himself because of praise from those around him. Despite his boosted confidence, he still tends to be a bit of a chicken and can easily be spooked and become nervous.
