The image shows an absolute understanding and control over Apophysis. It's such a tricky process and only those with great knowledge of the program's features have a chance in producing such a wonderful result.

Seriosuly where do you get these amazing ideas from?! this is soo cool, i love the subtle bands that run in the background that you can see on the left of the picture. Really wish i was good with Apo 3D but really cant do anything with it except normal fractals...

Man that's a tough call, cause actually I'm not so sure either... most of the times, there's much randomness involved: take a base flame (in this case a nondescript julian I'd made a while back), try out a few variations in one transform and see what ends. Looks good? Repeat on another transform, and so on... then once some detail pops out that hits the right brain button, it's all about adjusting the rest of the flame to bring it out the most - if things go fine (sort of against the odds) each time I'll be left with a couple new tricks and some new flames to develop in the future... if the odds are against me instead, I usually end up messing around to no end till I eventually shut down Apo in utter disappointment and play Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas to recover some good spirits
In this case however I've used the 3D hack only because the hemisphere and pre_blur variations are not available in the normal version... but aside from that it's a 2D Julian on all counts

Ooo kool, Well it yields fantastic results!! I love julian stuff but when it becomes 3D I think it just looks fantatsic - Especially when you can get a good zoom on it too! Cograts dude!!
