Wanted to give a friend who I once RPed with some giftart.
Ciel the witch belongs to Art--Mun
Just a little magical duel between two witches, except both of them suffered a rather froggy curse. Obviously Poisandra never likes to be at the back end of a curse, but Ciel does not mind so long as the evil witch Poisandra is upset about it. Love witches and frogs so both happened!
