It's New Year's Day again and, unlike last year, I submitted my annual Rocko drawing on time! (And by "on time" I mean less than 2 hours before midnight here.) Woooo!!!1He's had a little too much to drink, but it's okay because it's the New Year! Didn't draw in the shoe laces... WHATEVERRRR.
