...isn't gold, but some things actually are. Like this gold coin here. This really isn't much, but I'm planning to animate different types of Goombas walking and submit them all in one. Might not be for another week though.Related content

Good work with the angle on this. It looked odd at first but that might be because it's hard to notice animating this fast; had to take a look at the actual frames.

Something feels off about the coin when it's facing the front. Feels like it turns a pixel shorter or something.

That's because it's slightly top-down instead of completely from the side. It's intentional.

I know it's difficult to see it from this fast animation, the (slight) top-down effect can be seen a lot more clearly in the individual frames. This is meant to be an overworld sprite.
