I'm about to cause Snapshotz3D , Angelblade69 , and Janus3003 to involuntarily loose some drool here.

I just wanted to play with a Dunmer for a bit. Partly to see if I could get the skin tone right.

WARNING: The rest of this description is full of Skyrim Geekistry.

The Dunmer are Skyrim's version of dark elves. They're gray with an aqua cast, instead of the dark blue of the classic Drow or World of Warcraft incarnation.

There aren't many in the game, but the few I've encountered are standouts:

Brelyna; the ditsy apprentice mage. Turn me into a cow one more time, girl, and we'll see about your "essential" status!

Aranea; the high priestess of the goddess Azura. I could take her on as a follower. Destruction mage, eh? She could kill baddies while I gather the loot.

Jenasa; a humorless, somewhat sadistic, mercenary. I let her lean against a post and give her wide berth.

Irileth; the badass of all badasses! Housecarl and general to the only jarl in the game with any common sense. An elfette of action!

There are a bunch up in the city of Windhelm. The way they're treated ... Let's just say I'm never joining Ulfric, that damn bigot!

Dunmer aren't this pretty or finely dressed. Usually. Mine are.
