Oh she doesn't look happy, not at all.

But the pose, Oooo-wheee, we got ourself something here, and it is good.

Everything is well-proportioned, no oddities at all like the last couple of pics in the body.

The subtle effects, like the points in her shoulders emphasize her frustration very well, and I like what you did with her hair, it appears soft and flows, not clumpy like some other starting artists.

The good points outweigh the flaws significantly but there are two things that I feel I need to point out, though you probably already know them.

First, the hat. Doesn't look like a hat, looks like an old-fashion simmering pot on her head. It's also leaning sideways though it's resting right at the top. If it's a baseball cap or trucker cap, I would recommend rounding it out more.

Then there's the hoodie. The rest of the body is rounded and smooth, but the hoodie appears flat and tacked on. Again I would recommend rounding it out, give it more volume.
