It obviously looks better on paper.And I still cant draw faces or hands
So the face looks kinda wierd and hands are missing. maybe will finish later

It's very nice. Looks delicate.
You could try using a bigger piece of paper next time, that will give you more space for the detail rich face and hands. One thing that might help is to squint a bit and try to get the idea of the general form of the hands right. Forget about the details first, just go for abstract form. That sometimes does the trick. Hope this helps.

Anyway, in my opinion leaving the hands out here was just fine. The picture seems more about the torso and that is well done.
