On the way home from the gym, Lana finally couldn't hold back her frustration and anger any longer. The way those overgrown bimbos had strutted around like they were invincible and, even worse, the way Jake had reacted to them like some star-struck teenager, had been utterly infuriating.

"Why did you have to talk to them," Lana spat.

"Babe, she was benching 700 pounds! I've never seen anything like it."

"That doesn't mean you have to treat her like she's some kind of superhero! The way you stared them, and right in front of me! God, I can't believe you."

"She was just showing off a bit, babe, all of us have done it at some point," Jake said.

"She was teasing you! She just wanted to make you look like some kind of child!"

At that, Jake grew quiet. Lana knew she'd gone too far, but she was too angry to care. Instead, she redirected her attention to her phone, looking up the number for a local Women's Enhancement Center.
