Anatomy... why you no easy to draw?I am using shading/painting instead of lines since it shows all those lovely difficult as fuck shapes easier...OTL
I am trying to learn the musculature in the arms...forearms are really stringy
*off to practise some more..probably other body types and females..*

This is really good! Did you use any reference at all? I think there might be something a bit off about the top centre drawing, in the chest and shoulder area... Can't quite tell what though. Great work though!

I didn't use reference for these particular ones but I do have an anatomy book that shows all the muscles and stuff. >.>

I get it now...the pectoral major joins onto the top quarter of the humerus bone... Thats why I couldn't get the shape right, I thought it did something different OTL..I thought it joined to the deltoideus/subscapularis/teres major section etc.

you need to study bones more. You know where the muscles are, but not what's beneath them. That's why those arms still look like sausages. If you know where all those muscles start and end on the bones, you can more easily create figures that look believable.

That some good advice...I kind of ignored the skeleton ( I know what it does and all the bones...but not how the muscles connect to them)...which is pretty stupid if I think about it now...

Well, hey. That's quite good, compared to many masters out there. It is very common, even for excellent drawers to draw the human body completely wrong, with a large piece of fat above the abs for some reason. You have not done this. Thank you. Please don't develop that habit.

Looking good! Keep goin- Try drawing things at different angles than they are pictured so you are forced to interpret more rather than mimic.
