Description
Power Ranger based off a devil lizard.-Power weapon is a large sledge hammer.
-Zord is called "Devilzord" (though I have no current design for it).
- Emblem of thorny devil lizard is based off this, special edition Australian collector coin: agaunews.com/wp-content/upload…
So this was oddly fun, and not my usual style. o- o I'm really happy with how it turned out. Learned a few things about GIMP which I didn't know...mostly that it's limited. \D But ah well.

I know this is an old project of yours but really just wondering how you were able to create the power coin emblem???? honest trust my cousins and I call ourselves the ranger crew(inspired by the MMPR of course) its just something we have fun with. each of us have are own ranger and one of my cousins is the orange ranger. As we know there isn't an orange ranger MMPR, but I've been wanting to create a power coin emblem for him and make him a Custom MMPR Orange Ranger shirt. If you can give me any info or anything ill gladly appreciate it.

Honestly, the power coin is somewhat of a copy of an ACTUAL commemorative coin (see link in the artist's comments). What I did was re-draw that image, with emphasis on shadows. Nothing much more than that. Just increasing the contrast between the light and dark elements of an image to create the illusion of an etching/stamp appearance.

you're actually going in the same direction I am, regarding color. what dinosaur is that, if real? I'm actually developing an orange ranger concept, in the MMPR era, using the ankylosaurus

It isn't a dinosaur, it's merely a modern-era lizard called the moloch horridus or "thorny devil lizard". I only did this based off another character of mine. I didn't put much though into it.

Wow, I had forgotten that you liked Power Rangers. This is the first time I've personally seen a Power Ranger fan character based on Mighty Morphin. Very nice job, and yeah, I guess gimp can be limited, but there are also things you can only do in GIMP, such as electrical and fire effects that can't be done as well in Photoshop or SAI. Looking forward to how well you do a zord. (If you can do a zord, you can do a Transformer.)

Both. Never paid attention to the latter series', because it was near the end of MMPR that I lost interest in the show as a kid. So not only did I never watch the others, but there's nothing nostalgic about them to me as a result.
