He looks different, huh? Well I've been planning an attempt to break out of the J2S art style for quite a while already. As much as I adore the style and the show in general, I thought it was time to move on and work on new challenges for my characters, plus maybe give them a story outside of the J2S universe.So what do you think of his new look? I'm going to draw Ken and Tommy soon. It was fun drawing Max.

For me it was quite the opposite, in fact that's what kinda got me into the show in the first place.

I meant the way you drew this character.
As for Tuck, he was one of the characters I liked in MLTR. Sheldon was the other. Brit and Tiff were the characters I liked hating.

Thanks, dude! I was getting a little tired of the previous style, plus I was starting to dislike the flat hairstyles a bit. Especially when you draw a turnaround model sheet, the sides just don't connect. But hey, that's just me, and as an artist you suddenly evolve and decide to take on bigger challenges.

yeah i know even i try hard of fixing hairstyles for my characters, especially Rodney, who was a challenge....

Hairstyles can be tough to create at first. Ken's hair is not going to be so hard since it's almost similar to Max's. Tommy's going to take a lot of time since his hair is pretty complex.

I haven't heard of Teddy Bear Day, but that's a funny idea.
I'll be posting his uncle pretty soon. Tommy's going to take a while due to his complex haircut.
