Yep! There are also times where they'll be accidentally voiced without their tone difference (and so both sound deep). But usually, the deeper-voiced twin starts their dialogues.

Just jumping in here real quick! The voices thing is a little wishy washy, especially if you have seen season 2. However, it's true, they don't have any confirmed names.

Back when the Pilot and Season 1 were animated, they took more time and care in making sure the Twins voices sounded slightly different from each other, ie, one would have a slightly deeper voice and the other had a slightly higher voice. But, even in season 1, there were times where there wasn't much difference in their voices (parts of Dream Machine, for example). However, in season 2, it's hard to tell the difference since their vocal range changed dramatically pretty much every episode and even between scenes (Superjail Grand Prix is a great example) AND it seems to be very inconsistent between the two of them, so, it's something you need to take with a grain of salt these days unless season 3 is modeled more after season 1.

But yeah! Do rewatch the episodes of SJ, and you can hear that their voices are slightly different, and sometimes, they sound completely different. There are times where their voices sound more accented, or more nasally, or even more squeaky, and more robotic. There are also a lot of hidden references, imagery, and animation sequences in SJ if you take the time to watch it closely. It's really fun!
