Description Hello

A woman waiting restlessly depicting ehh restlessness

It was meant as idea for a bookcover.
I started this ages ago and recently got around to finishing it. I hope you like it.

Wow! What a stunning picture!! I love the way you've reflected the colours of the dress and the shawl in the background, and those patterns are brilliant. I would definitely pick up a book if I saw this on the cover

It's insane that you did this with watercolour and ink! I love the way the background merges with the dress. SO much detail! Wow. I'm sure this took you quite awhile. Even so, it was worth the effort. The result is awesome!

Simply beautiful! The background combines the colours in a great mosaic-firework way yet still maintaining balance. The contrast between red and green is also well utilized.

Especially the background is amazing, it really gives a feeling of restlessness. But the whole picture is great from the womans expression to the choice of colours. A wonderful piece of work.

I especially like how the background seems to suggest passing time with gears turning and things growing -- at least to me. Really adds to the impression of waiting. With the classical feel, she might be Penelope. Really enjoyed this!
