Description Name: Bentwo
Species: Pokemon #150 Mewtwo
Gender: None (Male Personality)
Type: Psychic
Ability: Unnerve
Height: 6'07"
Weight: 269.0 lbs
Moves:
-Psystrike
-Ice Beam
-Fire Blast
-Aura Sphere
Omnitrix Abilities:
-Extreme Psychic Powers, surpassing even Anodite's in terms of raw power
-Tends to be more physically built for direct combat than other Mewtwo individuals
-Has access to it's Mega Evolution of Mega Mewtwo X (Referred to as Ultimate Bentwo in-universe).
-It's moveset as Ultimate Bentwo changes (Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Drain Punch, and Earthquake).
-It's typing as Ultimate Bentwo becomes Psychic/Fighting.
-It's Ultimate (Mega) form is even more physically built, but loses no IQ or psychic abilities in the process.
Weaknesses:
-Any Ben 10 equivalent to Dark, Bug, or Ghost Type moves. As Ultimate Bentwo, instead of Bug or Dark, it's instead weak to Flying and Fairy Type equivalents.
-Like all Pokemon, Bentwo can only learn a total of four attacks at a single time. However, with each transformation, he can change what attacks he has available while transformed, just not during mid-transformation (Exception being Ultimate Bentwo/Mega Mewtwo X's unchangeable set of moves).
-The DNA Sample used to acquire Mewtwo as a form in the Omnitrix is unstable in that the Randomizer has a set preference to change into Bentwo at least once, and if it does, goes on an endless, mindless rampage without Ben being able to control his own actions (Or even be aware of what he's doing in the first place).
-Tends to have a visible hatred towards Galvans AND Cerebrocrustaceans. His targets in the above mentioned Rage Mode always seems to be directed specifically at Azmuth and Psychobos.
-Mewtwo's powerful intelligence will often override Ben's thinking process, even when Bentwo isn't the current form. The overall results tend to be more more intelligent, if not slightly brutal and painful, methods of taking down adversaries. This only occurs if Ben overall is making some.... questionable moves when attacking a target that'll end up giving his own opponent the upper-hand instead. This goes as far as to forcefully transform Ben into Bentwo just to ensure Ben's recklessness is put to some more effective usage.

Basic Background:

During an unknown set of time during the Omniverse series, neither Grandis or any other Ultimorians familiar with the Ben 10 Multiverse seem to be posing any threats.... That is, until a new being called the Cosmic Chessmaster appears, and introduces himself as a relative of Ultima. When he meets Ben and Rook, all Chessmaster is doing is simply ordering a smoothie, since unlike his trigger-happy relative, Chessmaster prefers the more simple things in life, even if it's extremely unusual and looked down upon by his own species's motivations. Neither he nor Ultima show any care, though, as they are both fully aware that they are the only two of their kind left alive.

That doesn't stop Ben and Rook from at least asking who Chessmaster is, though, and the result is at first a confusion that leads to a fight between him and Ben. Instead of directly fighting, though, Chessmaster insteads offers a deal; He'll leave like this had never happened provided Ben and Rook take part in a series of challenges called "Labyrinths", which are Maze-like environments that require both of Ben and Rook's skills to succeed in. In each Labyrinth is a piece of another universe altogether, one of which being Pokemon Village from Pokemon X, which results in Ben and Rook having to face Mewtwo as the boss of that Labyrinth. Due to Mewtwo's extreme powers showcased, Ben gets tossed into the wall as the DNA Scanner on the Omnitrix activates, which seemingly absorbs Mewtwo into the Omnitrix, thus defeating it and winning the current Labyrinth.

When Ben and Rook have a small break from the challenge (Chessmaster is very considerate and doesn't hurry them at all), Ben wants to take a look as to what exactly Mewtwo is capable of. Transforming into Mewtwo, he ponders why Mewtwo even has that name, and thus calls himself Bentwo in the process. This action is looked at oddly by both Rook AND Mewtwo's intelligence, which results in Mewtwo taking over Ben's control of his current form, and resulting in Ben going on a destructive rampage that lasts 7 minutes. Having no choice but to intervene, Chessmaster arrives to deal with Bentwo, but is prevented from removing him from the Omnitrix due to Mewtwo's sheer stubbornness. Deciding to go with whatever Mewtwo has in mind, Chessmaster warns Ben and Rook of Mewtwo's powers, and says to only utilize the form in the Labyrinths where it's much safer, and that he'll go as far as to create a Test Gym labyrinth solely for them to try and figure out that form's true nature.

At the end of the challenge, after Chessmaster leaves the Ben 10 Multiverse as promised, the DNA sample for Mewtwo mysteriously disappears, along with the DNA samples of other intelligent lifeforms gained during the Labyrinth trials, with neither Ben nor Rook having any memory of their presence at all, almost as if the whole challenge or meeting with Chessmaster had never occurred (Which is another thing that Chessmaster promised in a sense).

Not exactly sure if you meant "That doesn't make sense" or if you meant something else.
