Love the medium and expression. Critique wise I would say that more shading for the picture over-all. That and then the pencil lining still showing on the right leg. The proportions on this is very well done. Would have been nice to see the hands in this drawing or at least one of them. Hair has great colors, but could use some details to bring it out more.
The clothing and accessories look good with a nice amount of folds and wrinkles in shirt. The blush colors are very good along with the subtle lip coloring which gives her a nice innocent appeal. All of the things I've mentioned are easy and quick fixes, love the color scheme.

This is really nice! Quite realistic, in a cartoony way -- she has a very natural and unguarded pose, and a facial expression that goes with it. She looks like a person I'd like to get to know (and not just for the great figure).
