Finding the path... — Description

Turboverse RWBY Volume 9: The Ninth Symphony serves as an expansive crossover between the RWBY alternate universe and the 2009 Tim Burton-produced animated film 9 (Nine), alongside prominent appearances from The Doctor (specifically the Ninth and Second incarnations).
The Plot: Two Teams, Two Strange Realms
The crossover kicks off immediately after the cataclysmic events of Volume 8, where Team RWBY and company fall into the void. Instead of sticking entirely to the canon fairy tale world, the characters are split across two entirely different settings:
The Ever After: Team RWBY, Neopolitan, and Winter Schnee falls into the whimsical but deeply unhinged realm of the Ever After.
The Dark Wasteland: Team JNPR and a reformed, surviving Roman Torchwick land directly in the post-apocalyptic, desolate world of 9, called "The Emptiness" where they quickly cross paths and ally themselves with the 9 Stitchpunks.
For what I thought for Turboverse Volume 9 at least for the main character's role different from one another, Nine, in a desolate world wanted to search in within his world's past and what his true purpose is, Ruby, in a fairy tale world in search for her way home while losing herself in the process but learned to leave behind the past that drove her vengeance about her mom's murder by Salem and The Hound. Despite not meeting each other physically, I think there's some sort of understanding between the two.
