Witch Rita Repulsa (魔女リタレパルサ, Majo Rita Reparusa)

Leader of the Space Evil Empire Geldam, and archenemy of the Dinosaur Force Rangers.
Once upon a time, 170 million years ago, she was Queen of the Dahl Tribe. She was benevolent, and loved all the creatures. She loved to spend the time playing with her benevolent but yet mischievous son Kai. One day, her son was playing with a herd of money cubs, but during the time, he smashed accidentally eggs of a tyrannosaurus, who, after knowing what happened, she killed Kai, and eaten him. This made Rita got insane by the grief and the anger, something which led her to sell her soul to Lord Zedd, who gave her the power to become a witch and vowed revenge on the dinosaurs by killing children as part of her pact with Zedd and Cyclopsis with the intention of wiping out the humankind. Viewing herself as the greatest witch ever known, she has seemingly unlimited magical abilities, including enlarging her kaijin. This made the Mysterious Sage Zordon chose a warrior from each one of the Tribes which formed a resistance against Rita Repulsa; Zedd and Rita fought the warriors, but ultiMmately, Zordon managed to defeat them, with the warriors sacrifying their own power for locking away to Lord Zedd, while Rita was trapped in a giant dumpster which was sent to the Planet Nemesis by the Guardian Beasts.
However, eons later, a space mission to the planet Nemesis led to the accidental release of Rita and her minions. Seeking to pick things off where they left off, Bandora launched a full-scale assault on the Planet Earth, attacking a city known as Nova Angel Grove. Hating children, Rita also kidnapped two children that were part of the space mission and left them for her minions to torture. This prompted Zordon to choose the warriors who could bear the power for fight her, choosing first a happy-go-lucky boy and a kindhearted girl for fight the menace after being saved by the Daizyujin Megazord. After the team got complete with a sporty boy, a nerdy boy, and a peaceful girl, they got ready for fight her. With her initial attack on Earth a failure, Rita Repulsa was forced to retreat to the moon where she launched subsequent attacks on Earth and the Dinosaur Force Rangers.
However, time later, Zedd returned to claim back his place at the Geldam Empire. Disgusted with Rita's performance and her inability to conquer the Earth after several millennia, Zedd had returned to destroy Zordon once and for all. Sealing her away once more in a space dumpster, Rita is cast back out into the void only to swear revenge. But, time later, Rita’s dumpster nears the Moon and soon explosively makes landing on the surface but she is unfazed and manages to escape from it. Rita enters via her old balcony and starts calling out for her former minions for whatever reason but gets no response so heads to the workshop of her only remaining ally; Finster. Finster has spent the last several months of his time idling away in his workshop and bemoans his complete lack of relevance now that Zedd is around. He has gone from monster-maker extraordinaire to a dolting old man alone in his workshop but Rita appears in his workshop having crash-landed back on the Moon and snuck in. Initially, Finster just passes her off as him hearing voices in his head but soon realizes that he isn’t and uses a potion to return her to her proper size with his Spectron Reintergrator. Rita declares her intention to reclaim her own power so Finster suggests a monster army as he has had nothing better to do but Rita refuses. She tells him to create a love potion as she plans to brainwash Zedd into marrying her to regain her former glory without anyone being able to sabotage her. But her plan didn't work, and Zedd planned to kill her, only for having pity for her, and letting her come back to the Geldam Empire, being both a menace against the Rangers.
Time later, Kai was revived by Zedd. Later, she kidnapped some children and brainwashed them in order to use them as sacrifice for reviving Cyclopsis. She was happy at first by seeing Kai revived, but her heart got broken again after seeing he had no emotions, and Zedd only revived him to use as his emissary to bring about the Apocalypse, reviving Cyclopsis; this made her to doubting herself, and to the point of realizing her wrong actions ultimately lead her to having her son as unrecognizable. In the ensuing battle, the Dinosaur Rangers were defeated and their Guardian Beasts banished to another dimension. The heroes were about to give up when the spirits of the original Dinosaur Rangers (ancestors of the first Six Dinosaur Rangers) encouraged them to continue fighting and showed them the way to this other dimension to save the Guardian Beasts. With their full power back, the Dinosaur Force Rangers destroyed Cyclopsis, killing Kai in the process. Storming Geldam's palace, the heroes watched as the witch shed a tear over losing her son for a second time. Unfortunately for Rita, her tears were all it would take to strip her of her power, but not without before a final clash against Lord Zedd, sacrifying herself in order to give an advantage to the Rangers for defeating him. After that, Rita died peacefully, regretful for her sins, but happy that she'd reunite with her son in the afterlife...

-However, unlike the original MMPR, she gets sent away before the debut of Tommy Oliver as DragonRanger
-She isn't related to Master Vile in this universe, altought she still has as brother to Rito Revolto (who'd be Kai's uncle, but he joined to the Youkai Clan)
-Due to she sacrified herself in the final battle, and thus her redemption, she wouldn't appear time later
-In fact, she doesn't revive as the Mystic Mother, nor has relationship with her; in fact, the Mystic Mother is named Magiel
