This is one of the best portrait head i have ever seen. The angle of the chin gives the frame a division line and and puts the eyes in the upper 3rd of the shot. The makeup is apparent but not noticeable, the light in the cheek is perfect, the eyes are dark with a shadow but not over done. 
 Personally, I have found that a women with a slight flat tip on their nose are always the most beautiful.
     You should enter this in a contest if you haven't already.
