Art style wise I got why some of the early saiyans had grown tails but then I noticed everyone had grown tails. They should've introduced a brown haired saiyan or a black tail saiyan.

(I know Shallot has a Black Tail but I chalked that up to him being an ancient Saiyan while other saiyans we see have evolved closer to there U6 counterparts who completely lost their tails U7 saiyans probably brute forced evolution to keep their tails by abusing great ape to conquer planets and thatβs why itβs brown like the ape and not matching the hair)

I decided to incorporate Black Tails into DBNA as a genetic trait possessed by those from the bloodline of Tatoma (who in DBNA canon was the first True Super Saiyan). It's a recessive trait that pops up in his descendants throughout time, and though it is by no means a guarantee, only those with black tails possess the potential to become a True Super Saiyan.
