Every year for VBS at our church we do offering, boys VS girls to see who can raise more for the mission. This year after getting the kids pumped up and they brought their offering forward we had a little girl give this subway token which is actually the way kids get prizes (by trading these in at the end of the week). It was so touching to me to see this, because this little girl truly gave everything she had, even though it didn't really add to the numbers, it was all she had of value to her. Really touching. Reminded me of the widow's offering in Mark 12:41-44. So I have been carrying it with me everywhere and saw this great opportunity for a shot while we were on a mountain hike.
