Red Riding Hood — Description
Classic stories always fascinated me. Not only for the story, but for the fact that they have been told since so long that they almost are a piece of history by themselves. Something that tells to us things about how life was hundreds of years ago, and that even tells us how is life righ now. Because, even if we try to capture them in paper, they keep evolving. In some versions, the wolf eats the girl and the grandmother and the story has a bad ending. But, in other versions the girl and the grandma are taken from the wolf's stomach or they aren't even eaten. And there are lots of other versions, that we don't know about because no one writted them down. There are hundreds of theories trying to explain where Red Riding Hood is from or who told the story for the first time; lots of analysis of the story trying to know what is the actual meaning of it. But you can never know what came before the "Once upon a time...".

This drawing is also an entry for the contest Red Riding Hood . I'm quite nervous for entering a contest, but I put a lot of effort in this piece. Wish me luck! As always, critique is always welcomed!
