"the fox!"
Finally finished ~Noelisa request from the 9,999 kirban.
She requested a black panther and a fox, so I made a fox bravely coming up to sniff the bewildered feline. I was inspired by this piece: [link] for the idea and loosely reference this spectacular piece [link] for the fox. Piece made mainly with Prismacolor pencils with white gel pen to help define the fur and of course a simple watercolor background. I had wished the fox white fur had come out brighter but I was having difficulty of the fox fur being over colored to the point of being muddy. But it gives him character I think.

I love this, the fur on both animals is beautiful. I really like the background too and I think it's great that the fox looks sort of cocky in the face of the larger panther. Keep it up!
