This picture is of Ren from "Ren & Stimpy" show episode of "Happy Happy, Joy Joy" I do beileve, in where Stimpy somehow grows a few brain cells to order a brainwashing device to make Ren feel better, because he was really sad and depressed. Ren is complacent until the device makes him dance to the "happy happy joy joy" song. At that time he becomes aware of the helmet's existence and self inflicts pain to be rid of the brainwashing device.
