Description
Reflections of an embyronic ideologyRevealed in the shadows of the mirrors of your heart
As cold and unforgiving as the desert at night
And thrice more kissed by all betwixt
The painter and the art
Dawn breaks windows, Evening breaks hearts,
And both solemn lovers loathe to part
Lay down on the wrong sides of the bed
As cold and as harsh as the way you looked at me
When I said that I wished it were false
There were tears on your naked skin
As you curled up in fear
Of the truths you (and I) wished never be true
And I could have sworn that I kissed you...
Maybe.
We were making peace with arguments
And making love with death
The beauty almost incandescent
Almost worth believing in
And I fell in love a thousand times
When I realised that poetry never rhymes.

That isn't silly, it's really good -- I especially liiiiiiiiiike
"And thrice more kissed by all betwixt
The painter and the art"
and
"Dawn breaks windows, Evening breaks hearts"
the first line of the third stanza reminds me of the cure, i guess it's the rhythm in it
anyway, it's very good.
