You're right, this is worrisome. I have no idea what the industry standard is for this kind of contract. Of course, if you won, you'd be richer, but not able to sell this particular work for further public consumption. Do they consider everything submitted their property, or just the winner's work?? I'd want that answered too. Yeah, this is kind of creepy, but again, what's the industry standard for this kind of thing????????? Who would know??

See, that's what I wanted to know most, but it isn't answered
in there. In the part with terms for the software it keeps
referencing the laws of Korea, so it's all overseas laws, it seems.
If I made something I'd be really worried about losing the rights
to it.
