Description There is nothing more beautiful to me than the deep mountain sounds of the Cascades. Though the fog obscured most of the mountains on this morning, the roaring waterfalls were still audible, along with the breeze, the birds, and the rain. My idea of the perfect spring day.

the mountain loop really holds in some amazing atmosphere..immaculate example of that atmosphere here! even if i hadnt been there, would be able to sense the beauty of the mountain sounds though this image will be one i look to to escape during the times i cant get away to the mountains myself amazing capture sweetie

It really does have this magical quality...it's magical in a different way from the other magical places like the North Cascades and the Gorge...but still magical and full of that atmosphere I love so much. really is a special place..one of the only places in the mountains that i could drive and not even have to get out the car..not that i wouldnt..just sayin!

we definitely share the same affinity, that's for sure. place just feel homey to me..like a place I could hide away and live..at least during the less snowy months
